Our Story
We are an audio-visual production company & a media consultant and have been associated with various government & non-government institutions during the last 15 years. Our main role, so far, has been to analyse, strategize & execute different media awareness campaigns to make a desirable impact in the masses, using different tools of mass-media.
We are a team of experienced professionals complementing each other, providing excellence in communications solution through our creative endeavours.
TOC has been extremely fortunate to be engaged & hired by various clients to produce / conceptualise / execute different audio & video programmes. We are proud to be on the panel of producers with the National Film Development Corporation (NFDC).
Our core competency lies in the production of Audio-visual Programmes, Tele-films, Promo & Advertisements, Documentaries, Corporate movies, Television Commercials, Audio & Video Editing, Video Albums, Radio Jingles / Spots, Script writing, Translation, Transliteration & Voice Dubbing in all Indian languages.

Audio Description is an additional narration that translates images or other visual information or non-dialogue portions in a film into spoken words so that people who are blind or visually impaired can access, enjoy the film the way sighted person does. The extra spoken words are inserted in between the dialogues/pauses/interlude music in the original sound track. Film “viewing” becomes a totally independent and enjoyable event for persons with vision impairment.
Track One Communications is the only production house in India, which produces the audio description movies for blinds. We have done audio descriptions for Black, Dhobi Ghat, Tare Zameen Par, Munna Bhai MBBS, Peepli Live, Hanuman, Little Terrorist, PK and more….
(Some Selected films were screened at the International Film Festival, in Hyderabad and International Chess Olympiad in Chennai.)
